Visual Direction
Lululemon has grown significantly in the Korean market, continually opening new stores.
To foster close communication with customers, they provide various benefits such as creating maps and gathering information on nearby exercise studios whenever opening a new store.
During the preparation period for store openings, I designed store maps, printed materials, banners, and signage and collaborated with printing vendors.
BYBW Campaign
The "Be You, Be Well" campaign is one of the largest events showcasing Lululemon's values. It provides an opportunity for everyone to come together to enjoy various exercises and activities, focusing on both physical and mental well-being while engaging directly with consumers. We held the event at Seoul Wave, located by the Han River, and I directed and participated in the creation of all necessary materials for the venue.
New Store Open
Lululemon is continuously growing by opening stores in various locations. When launching a new store, we create sweat maps that include information about local fitness communities, gyms, and yoga studios to provide to customers. I was responsible for producing and directing the various products offered at the store openings.
21 Days Challenge
The 21 Days Challenge is a habit-building project that Lululemon runs every year at the beginning of the year. This campaign has significantly contributed to fostering intimacy with the brand and building community by encouraging many customers to participate. We created and uploaded various content on social media to support the 21-day habit formation. Additionally, I designed, printed, and contributed to the production of a calendar for participants, ensuring that actual customers could engage with the challenge in an interesting way.
Holiday Gifting Campaign
For Lululemon's year-end campaign, we set up a large booth at Samseong Station, operating it in a pop-up store format for a week. We installed vending machines to create an experience where customers could give gifts. I participated in the overall booth design and directed the production of materials.
Ambassador & Guest Campaign
Lululemon has been continuously engaging customers through ambassador and guest content to foster a sense of intimacy. We conducted product testing with everyday individuals to create local content that effectively showcases the quality of the products. I was involved in both the production and direction of this content.
